I go to the Blue Ridge Parkway often. Whenever I look at the guides, the reference to the mileposts is everywhere on the guide.
But practically no guide treats the milepost as a hero. And neither do we. It's the utility.
This volume of work started from there. How can I show the simple object differently? How can I show the mundane things nicer than how we treat them? How have I disregarded ordinary items that contain valuable information? I wanted to make myself aware of the simple things often ignored in my everyday life and on the parkway.
